Dr. Ashley Weiss

Dr. Ashley Winterbottom Weiss brings a compassionate and prevention focused approach to pediatric dentistry, shaped by both her personal experiences and her passion for helping others. Growing up, Dr. Weiss experienced significant dental anxiety, which now inspires her to create a comfortable, positive, and trust based environment for every child she treats. Her path into dentistry began early while working as a dental assistant during high school and excelling in pre dental coursework at Brigham Young University, before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2025. She joined the team in the spring of 2026, where she focuses on helping children build healthy habits and confidence in their smiles through education and gentle, hands-on care.

Clinically, Dr. Weiss is known for delivering high quality, conservative dental care with a strong emphasis on prevention and long term oral health. Her experience in general dentistry, orthodontics, and endodontics allows her to approach pediatric dental treatment with a well rounded perspective. She enjoys problem solving and providing thoughtful, precise care while involving both parents and referring doctors in every step of the process. Dr. Weiss takes time to explain findings, review X rays, and present treatment options clearly so families can make informed decisions. Her philosophy is rooted in doing what is best for the patient and providing care that she would feel proud to have herself. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and Indiana District Dental Society, and she maintains certification in Basic Life Support to ensure safe, modern, and evidence-based care.

What truly sets Dr. Weiss apart is her ability to connect with children and families on a personal level. Because she understands dental fear firsthand, she brings empathy, honesty, and encouragement into every visit. She has a natural ability to make kids feel at ease while creating a fun and engaging experience. Outside the office, Dr. Weiss enjoys life in Noblesville with her husband, Dr. Alec Weiss, who is also a pediatric dentist, their baby Hudson, and their two dogs, Rosie and Slater. Whether she is spending time with her family, enjoying ice cream, or planning her next vacation, she brings warmth and energy into everything she does. Parents and referring doctors can feel confident knowing their children are in caring, capable, and dedicated hands with Dr. Weiss.

Your child should see the dentist at the age of 1 year, or within 6 months of the appearance of his or her first tooth. A quick checkup will be done and x-rays taken to ensure the baby teeth are growing properly. If your child has multiple teeth already, they'll be counted and quickly cleaned.
